We source our beans from Aproccor, a Fair Trade and Organic coffee association in Copán, Honduras, and roast them in-house to ensure every cup meets our standard.

The ICON is our fine blend. This is what we use in all our cafes. It's designed to perfectly complement milk with rich notes of toffee, pralines and chocolate. Expect a cup that is well-structured and has a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel.

Our signature single-origin coffee, sourced from Copán, Honduras and roasted in-house.

We work with a single origin so we can control quality from start to finish, not blend around inconsistency.

Roasted daily on a fully electric Bellwether roaster, each batch is clean, precise, and consistent.

Rich caramel, sweet dark chocolate, praline, red fruit
